Our why is deeply rooted in our origin.
A rediscovery, not invention.1

In 2018, we didn’t start over. We started again. Not because we had failed but because we had seen enough to know who we didn’t want to become. We chose not to follow the herd, instead we chose to follow what felt true and build something that honors how we want to spend our time with purpose, with people, and with care.

The reason we exist and what guides every action is clear:

make - The act of creating, shaping, or bringing something into existence.

it - It is everything. The thing that is made better because we touched it.

matter - Refers to ensuring the actions taken have a lasting impact, making a difference in the world or the lives of others.
